If your insurance is not listed or you prefer not to use insurance, my out-of-pocket rate is $200 per session.

All scheduling is handled through my Headway account, which is linked here. The platform allows you to check your insurance eligibility, schedule sessions, and connect with me through a HIPAA-compliant space.

Standard therapy sessions are 53 minutes.
